About the role
Build AI systems that run marketing workflows and automate campaign development. Focus on CRM and lifecycle automation with AI agents and internal tools.
What you’ll do
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated marketing workflows. • Automate campaign development in Braze platform. • Write evaluation suites for agent output quality. • Maintain version-controlled prompt and agent libraries. • Integrate marketing and product systems via APIs.
What you’ll bring
• Portfolio of AI builds with real user impact. • Experience with LLM APIs like Anthropic or OpenAI. • Familiarity with agent orchestration platforms and AI tools. • Proficiency in Python and general programming. • Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, JSON, and Git.
