Mayonnaise Production Officer

About the role
Plan, supervise, and control daily mayonnaise production to meet output, quality, food safety, yield, and cost targets. Ensure compliance with approved recipes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Raise material requisitions and confirm raw materials availability. • Execute daily production plan following recipes and SOPs. • Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions. • Supervise team and allocate duties. • Support equipment maintenance and report breakdowns.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and NAFDAC requirements. • Experience supervising production line and operators. • B.Sc or HND in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. • 2–4 years in food or FMCG production role. • Basic computer skills and leadership ability.
