About the role
The Mechanical Engineer III designs HVAC and mechanical utilities for new buildings and renovations. They manage multiple tasks, direct others, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
What you’ll do
• Design mechanical systems per code and coordinate with other disciplines. • Manage multiple complex tasks and direct work of others. • Develop reports, drawings, and construction specifications. • Support construction activities and respond to RFIs. • Manage mechanical design budget on intermediate projects.
What you’ll bring
• ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering. • Minimum 5 years experience. • Professional Engineer registration in good standing. • Experience with HVAC, mechanical utility and piping system design. • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
