About the role
Operate and monitor engines to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable operations. Conduct root cause analysis on engine trips and support corrective actions.
What you’ll do
• Conduct risk assessment for switching operations. • Start, run and stop engine operations. • Maintain workshop housekeeping. • Maintain hourly engine running records. • Train and coach a trainee on engine operation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience handling emergency situations and equipment isolation. • Identify and respond to equipment abnormalities. • Basic mechanical maintenance and fault reporting. • OND or Grade3 trade test. • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
