About the role
Oversee mechanical reliability, maintenance, and uptime of Husky injection molding systems. Manage technicians to optimize production efficiency and maintain auxiliary equipment.
What you’ll do
• Monitor and maintain Husky machinery and automation. • Supervise mechanical repairs and routine servicing. • Oversee mold dehumidifier and resin drying systems. • Enforce safety protocols and lead technician team. • Document downtime and manage spare parts inventory.
What you’ll bring
• Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of auxiliary systems like chillers and compressors. • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. • Understanding of injection molding and mold systems. • Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot.
