About the role
Maximize plant uptime and optimize production cycles for Husky and SACMI IPS 400 systems. Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-speed mechanical and injection molding machinery.
What you’ll do
• Perform multi-cavity PET mold changes and ensure mechanical alignment. • Monitor and maintain resin drying systems for stable dew point. • Manage auxiliary mold dehumidification systems. • Execute planned maintenance on injection molding machinery. • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven failures.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to lift heavy mechanical components. • Experience managing desiccant resin dryers and mold dehumidifiers. • 3-5 years in high-volume industrial manufacturing. • B.Sc./HND/OND Mechanical Engineering. • Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo-variable pumps.
