About the role
Lead clinical and administrative psychiatric and medical services for Pacific Clinics. Ensure high-quality, ethical behavioral healthcare aligned with nonprofit mission and standards.
What you’ll do
• Provide executive strategic planning and clinical program direction. • Serve as final medical authority for complex cases and risk management. • Develop and review clinical protocols and policies. • Recruit, supervise, and mentor medical staff. • Support quality improvement and compliance activities.
What you’ll bring
• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school. • Completed accredited Psychiatry Residency Program. • Current unrestricted California medical license. • Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry. • Minimum 5 years clinical leadership experience.
