About the role
You will request and manage medical records and bills for personal injury cases. Ensure all documentation is complete for litigation purposes.
What you’ll do
• Request medical records and bills from providers. • Follow up on outstanding requests until records arrive. • Upload and organize documents in case management software. • Keep tracking log of pending requests and follow-ups. • Flag documentation gaps to case managers.
What you’ll bring
• Experience requesting medical records at US personal injury law firm. • Strong written and spoken English for calls and emails. • Organized and persistent with high volume requests. • Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Full-time availability during US Pacific business hours.
