About the role
Manage and execute live and virtual meetings for pharmaceutical clients. Oversee logistics, vendor negotiations, and attendee management to ensure successful events.
What you’ll do
• Manage all program logistics including venue and vendor coordination. • Plan and execute virtual events with multimedia components. • Build and customize registration websites and recruitment materials. • Attend project briefings and internal meetings. • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for meetings.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years pharmaceutical hospitality experience. • Experience planning live, virtual, or hybrid meetings. • Knowledge of hotel bookings and air travel. • Proficiency with Cvent or similar registration platforms. • Excel skills.
