About the role
Lead day-to-day delivery of Acquisition Workforce Training Conference and Industry Day Events Support Services for HHS. Manage event planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement for large hybrid events.
What you’ll do
• Manage contract performance and coordinate event resources. • Develop and maintain integrated event plans. • Serve as primary liaison to Government and stakeholders. • Oversee event logistics and virtual platform management. • Coordinate staff, vendors, and cost oversight.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • 5+ years planning large-scale events. • Project management skills. • Experience with event management platforms. • Eligibility to work in the US and pass background check.
