About the role
Provide effective customer service using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding Rx claims processing and service issues.
What you’ll do
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers. • Assess customer needs and evaluate satisfaction. • Handle Rx claims processing inquiries by phone. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions. • Follow up to resolve customer problems.
What you’ll bring
• High School or equivalent. • Customer service experience. • Computer experience. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance.
Life at Southern Scripts
Temporary hourly position with variable shifts and on-call rotation. Call center operates Monday to Sunday with extended hours.
