About the role
Support multiple buyers in a fast-paced environment by managing purchase orders and vendor communications. Assist with organizing merchandise samples and preparing for meetings.
What you’ll do
• Enter purchase orders accurately and timely. • Follow up on late orders and shipments. • Modify purchase orders as needed. • Communicate with vendors and logistics. • Create reports and assist buyers with projects.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication skills. • Problem-solving and prioritization abilities. • High attention to detail and organization. • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
