About the role
Help e-commerce clients understand, utilize, and troubleshoot the testing platform. Communicate daily to resolve issues and deliver outstanding customer experience.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries. • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions. • Manage 20–30 open customer conversations. • Collaborate on escalated or complex issues. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in customer or merchant support. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics is a plus. • Comfortable providing weekend support.
