About the role
Support a unique project by applying military writing expertise to train next-generation AI systems. Generate, review, and evaluate military reports and summaries to help AI learn effective government communication.
What you’ll do
• Create realistic military and federal status reports and summaries. • Develop high-quality 'golden responses' for AI training. • Draft grading rubrics reflecting military writing standards. • Evaluate AI-generated reports with detailed feedback. • Collaborate with experts to ensure diverse reporting styles.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years DoD or Department of War experience. • Experience with WARs, SITREPs, AARs, or similar reports. • Expertise in two or more U.S. military branches preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • US-based with knowledge of federal documentation standards.
