About the role
Manage milling operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth production and quality standards. Coordinate with plant teams for uninterrupted operations and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Ensure efficient daily milling operations and maximise plant performance. • Maintain product quality and extraction levels. • Execute production plans and monitor process performance. • Troubleshoot milling issues and optimise equipment performance. • Maintain production and shift reports including downtime tracking.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Food Science. • Minimum 4+ years experience in wheat milling. • Proven experience in production and milling operations. • Strong technical knowledge of milling processes and equipment. • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
