About the role
Manage milling operations during assigned shifts ensuring smooth production and quality standards. Coordinate with plant teams for uninterrupted operations and drive operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Troubleshoot milling issues and optimise equipment performance. • Control operational costs and minimise process waste. • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, QMS, FSMS, and 5S standards. • Lead and train milling teams to ensure operational excellence. • Maintain production and shift reports including downtime tracking.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Food Science. • NABIMS certification or Diploma in Milling preferred. • Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience in wheat milling. • Experience managing independent operations and leading teams. • Strong technical knowledge of milling processes and equipment.
