About the role
Support and manage mobile device management tools and applications for NASA IT systems. Enhance end-user experience through deployment and maintenance of MDM solutions.
What you’ll do
• Use Microsoft Intune for configuration and policy deployment. • Manage users, apps, devices in Apple Business Manager. • Manage apps in Managed Google Play. • Monitor connections between Intune and device management platforms. • Create documentation and test plans for mobile device support.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years in device support. • Experience deploying mobile devices in enterprise. • Experience enrolling devices in MDM solutions. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
