About the role
Manage loan files from submission to closing ensuring accuracy and speed. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and contractors to support homeowners' renovation financing.
What you’ll do
• Review loan submissions for completeness and accuracy. • Communicate proactively with borrowers and stakeholders. • Prepare files for underwriting verification. • Manage active loan pipeline and track milestones. • Maintain detailed notes in loan origination system.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years mortgage processing experience. • Knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, FHA, VA, renovation loans. • Familiarity with loan origination systems. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple files accurately.
