About the role
Recruit Senior Loan Officers by managing the full recruiting process and collaborating with sales leadership. Guide candidates from outreach through offer and maintain talent pipelines.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end recruiting for Senior Loan Officers. • Engage with Sales leadership on resourcing needs. • Build relationships with hiring managers and coach on hiring. • Manage job postings and talent pipeline. • Maintain ATS and provide candidate feedback.
What you’ll bring
• Experience recruiting loan officers and sales roles preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong time management and attention to detail. • Flexible and responsive to feedback. • Proficient with Google Suite and ATS platforms.
