About the role
Build the future of distributed Postgres by architecting and implementing critical distributed database infrastructure. Collaborate with teams to push the boundaries of distributed databases.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement query routing for sharded databases. • Build consensus and replication systems for distributed durability. • Develop materialization pipelines for migrations and change data capture. • Contribute to connection pooling and workload isolation. • Collaborate with open-source community on Multigres development.
What you’ll bring
• Expertise in distributed databases and systems. • Knowledge of database sharding and Postgres internals. • Experience with consensus protocols like Raft and Paxos. • Skills in stream processing and change data capture. • Ability to build robust, performant distributed systems.
