About the role
The National Bankruptcy Processor protects client interests by reviewing loans for legal action and managing necessary processes without individual client requests.
What you’ll do
• Prepare referrals for Motions for Relief. • Review delinquent accounts and case disposition. • Audit accounts and prepare ledgers. • Monitor compliance with Stipulations. • Review court mail and update client systems.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor preferred. • 2+ years bankruptcy or mortgage servicing experience. • Proficient with LPS software and directives. • Basic understanding of Chapter 7, 11, 13 bankruptcies. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
