About the role
Lead national sales strategy and execution for pharmaceutical products across Nigeria. Manage key accounts, teams, and sales operations to drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Design and execute national sales plan and forecasts. • Manage key pharmaceutical distributor and hospital relationships. • Lead bids for government and institutional tenders. • Recruit, train, and supervise regional sales managers. • Provide sales analytics and reports to executive management.
What you’ll bring
• MBA or related degree preferred. • 4-8 years senior sales leadership in Nigerian pharma. • 5-10 years pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience. • Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office. • Valid Nigerian driver's license and travel readiness.
