About the role
Support administration, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure and user systems. Ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
What you’ll do
• Setup and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and user hardware. • Support antivirus and endpoint protection updates. • Troubleshoot network and user incidents. • Maintain hardware and network device inventory. • Assist in compliance tasks and system updates.
What you’ll bring
• CCNA, MCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+ preferred. • Minimum 3 years experience in user support and network administration. • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science or related field. • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation is an advantage.
