About the role
Maintain and ensure accuracy of provider data for network providers to support proper reimbursement and directory listings. Provide support for data transactions and verify provider information.
What you’ll do
• Maintain provider data for all network providers. • Ensure accurate provider information for reimbursement and listings. • Review system updates for data accuracy. • Outreach for provider verification via calls, emails, faxes. • Document provider changes in multiple databases.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1-2 years healthcare data management experience. • Experience with provider data management systems preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
