About the role
Operate and lead complex LAN infrastructure initiatives in a 24/7 SaaS environment. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and automation strategy across network platforms.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end troubleshooting of LAN, firewall, and load balancer issues. • Lead network incident response and root cause analysis. • Drive LAN infrastructure projects and architecture design. • Develop operational metrics and observability reports. • Implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in medium-to-large networks and SaaS environments. • Expertise with Palo Alto firewalls and F5 BIG-IP. • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Nexus and NDFC fabric deployments. • Experience with SDN, Kubernetes networking, and cloud platforms. • Strong skills in automation, incident response, and project management.
