About the role
Lead end-to-end procurement of non-commodity goods and services ensuring cost optimization and supplier performance. Drive strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and support business objectives with sustainable sourcing practices.
What you’ll do
• Manage procurement costs within approved budgets. • Drive supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs. • Lead sustainability initiatives in procurement. • Ensure timely availability of engineering spares and services. • Build and develop high-performing procurement teams.
What you’ll bring
• CIPS, CPSM or similar procurement certifications preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. • 5–7 years procurement experience in manufacturing or FMCG. • Experience in Capex, logistics, and indirect procurement. • Strong budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
