About the role
The Nursing & Healthcare Instructor will teach and train nursing staff and students in clinical and theoretical nursing practices. The role involves delivering education in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health, and Basic Emergency Care.
What you’ll do
• Teach nursing fundamentals and clinical skills. • Conduct training and preceptorship sessions. • Develop and deliver nursing education programs. • Evaluate student performance and progress. • Collaborate with healthcare teams for training needs.
What you’ll bring
• Registered Nurse or Midwife with current license. • Minimum 5 years clinical experience. • At least 2 years teaching or training experience. • Certification in BLS/ACLS or teaching is a plus. • Experience as Nursing Tutor or Clinical Instructor.
