About the role
Design and operate observability platforms for metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting. Ensure system reliability and actionable insights for engineering teams.
What you’ll do
• Design and operate enterprise-grade observability platforms. • Architect Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, Datadog deployments. • Develop standards for service instrumentation and logging conventions. • Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, dashboards, and alerts. • Lead incident response readiness and mentor engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 10+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or observability roles. • Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and commercial platforms. • Strong understanding of OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, structured logging. • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
