About the role
Provide patient-centered clinical care to maternal-child health patients remotely on weekends. Facilitate assessments, care plans, and timely responses to patient needs.
What you’ll do
• Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments. • Establish individualized care plans. • Develop wellness goals with patients. • Address barriers to care and reduce care gaps. • Document care and escalate as needed.
What you’ll bring
• Registered Nurse with BSN and compact RN license. • 4+ years hospital or healthcare experience. • Minimum 3 years in Obstetrics. • Able to work remotely via video, phone, chat. • Willing to work weekends and holidays.
