About the role
Provide onsite IT support to keep colleagues productive and technology effective. Support digital transformation and improve the digital employee experience.
What you’ll do
• Deliver responsive support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365. • Own technical issues from diagnosis to resolution. • Support technology across UK locations including meeting rooms. • Contribute to Microsoft 365 and wider technology projects. • Identify service improvements and enhance digital experience.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in IT support or similar role. • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Microsoft 365. • Understanding of IT Service Management principles. • Confidence with collaboration tools and meeting room tech. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience.
