About the role
The Operations Analyst supports workforce planning, staffing, capacity management, and operational intelligence. They analyze business demand to optimize delivery operations and workforce decisions.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day operational activities and understand business demand. • Analyze capacity, skills, utilization, and delivery requirements. • Manage staffing and resource-allocation workflows. • Partner with stakeholders to provide staffing and hiring recommendations. • Identify and escalate operational risks with recommended actions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years in operations or workforce planning. • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. • Experience interpreting operational metrics and forecasting. • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
