About the role
Join Able as an Operations Analyst (Finance) to manage finance execution and business insights. Support payroll, expenses, monthly close, and build leadership reporting dashboards.
What you’ll do
• Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems. • Manage employee expenses and reimbursements. • Support monthly close with journal entries and reconciliations. • Build and maintain leadership dashboards and reports. • Monitor data quality and provide ad hoc analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 3–6 years in finance operations or related analytical role. • Experience with payroll and monthly financial close. • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with SQL or BI tools like Metabase or Looker Studio. • Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
