About the role
Manage operations and asset systems for the Ajaokuta Mini-LNG plant from installation to first gas. Define maintenance, procedures, staffing, training, and handover requirements.
What you’ll do
• Develop Operations Readiness Plan with owners and gate criteria. • Define operating organisation, staffing, and training requirements. • Develop operating procedures for start-up and shutdown. • Build asset register and maintenance strategy. • Coordinate equipment preservation and inspections.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in mechanical, chemical, electrical or instrumentation engineering. • 7+ years in operations or maintenance in gas processing or LNG. • Experience in commissioning or start-up of new facilities. • Knowledge of CMMS and asset integrity. • Strong coordination and procedure writing skills.
