About the role
Coordinate sales operations and customer order execution across international markets. Support sales, supply chain, logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery and proof of delivery. • Coordinate with 3PL partners and support warehouse launches. • Support sales team with customer setup and documentation. • Resolve customer complaints and delivery discrepancies. • Maintain accurate internal trackers and reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in CPG operations or sales operations. • Experience with 3PLs and international customer accounts. • Familiarity with EDI, SPS Commerce, and Unleashed ERP. • Advanced Excel skills. • Strong written and spoken English.
