About the role
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth delivery of client projects. Provide operational leadership across workflows, team capacity, and internal processes.
What you’ll do
• Own day-to-day operational delivery across client projects. • Coordinate multiple client projects and cross-functional resources. • Develop and maintain project trackers and delivery schedules. • Ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, and resourced. • Lead regular project planning and operational check-ins.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • 4–6 years relevant experience in operations or project management. • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of project planning and resource allocation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
