About the role
Manage daily logistics, dispatch, and delivery operations ensuring timely service and compliance. Lead and supervise operations staff while improving processes and tracking performance.
What you’ll do
• Oversee day-to-day logistics, dispatch, and delivery operations. • Supervise riders, drivers, and operations staff. • Monitor fleet performance, maintenance, and fuel usage. • Ensure timely deliveries and resolve service issues quickly. • Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
What you’ll bring
• HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years experience in logistics or operations. • 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
