About the role
Join the Workforce Management product stream to build optimization capabilities for workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation in a large-scale contact center environment. Apply operations research and algorithm design to solve complex workforce planning problems at enterprise scale.
What you’ll do
• Research and develop optimization models for workforce planning and scheduling. • Design and implement schedule optimization engine using OR-Tools/CP-SAT. • Build production-grade solver service meeting latency targets. • Define and validate schedule quality metrics and monitor in production. • Collaborate with teams to integrate optimization models into WFM platform.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years designing and implementing optimization solutions. • Hands-on experience with OR-Tools or similar solvers. • Strong foundation in linear, integer, or stochastic programming. • Experience modeling workforce or resource scheduling problems. • Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
