About the role
Lead and support automation projects to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity. Develop and deploy advanced manufacturing automation solutions across global sites.
What you’ll do
• Lead automation projects from concept to production launch. • Evaluate manufacturing processes for automation opportunities. • Develop technical concepts and ROI business cases. • Support vendor selection, commissioning, and startup. • Mentor engineering resources and provide technical leadership.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline. • 7+ years in industrial automation or manufacturing engineering. • Strong background in welding automation and robotic welding. • Experience leading automation and capital projects. • Ability to travel to manufacturing sites.
