About the role
Lead outbound growth operations using GoHighLevel and other tools to automate and optimize campaigns. Manage workflows, monitor deliverability, and report on campaign performance.
What you’ll do
• Build outbound stack with GoHighLevel and AI agents. • Automate tool handoffs to eliminate manual tasks. • Monitor inboxes and route positive replies quickly. • Track campaign metrics and run A/B tests. • Maintain SOPs and join client/vendor calls.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in B2B outbound or RevOps. • Hands-on GoHighLevel workflow experience. • Cold email deliverability expertise. • Experience with Clay and LinkedIn outreach tools. • Fluent English and comfortable leading calls.
