About the role
Manage and drive mobile phone sales through Buy Now, Pay Later financing. Lead and motivate the outdoor sales team to achieve targets.
What you’ll do
• Develop strategies to increase mobile phone sales through BNPL. • Identify and activate high-potential stores and sales locations. • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities. • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Sales Agents. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• Strong leadership and communication skills. • Minimum 2 years in outdoor mobile phone BNPL sales. • Experience managing a field sales team. • Target-driven and proactive. • Good knowledge of Lagos retail/store market.
