About the role
Drive strategic growth and operational excellence across key overseas P2P markets. Formulate expansion strategies and deliver measurable growth outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies. • Monitor regulatory developments impacting P2P business. • Manage merchant onboarding and incentive structures. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. • Monitor KPIs and conduct competitive intelligence.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years platform operations experience. • 2-3 years hands-on P2P overseas market experience. • Experience at major exchanges. • Strong understanding of P2P liquidity and payment systems. • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
