About the role
Lead and support contracting matters critical to company growth. Manage contracting lifecycle for vendors and providers, focusing on Medicare Advantage and Commercial operations.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and provider agreements. • Manage full contract lifecycle and maintain records. • Support risk-bearing and value-based provider arrangements. • Develop and improve contract templates and playbooks. • Collaborate with business segments for contracting guidance.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years managing and negotiating commercial contracts. • Bachelor’s degree; paralegal training a plus. • Experience with contract management systems. • Strong drafting, negotiation, and writing skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
