About the role
Provide strategic and operational leadership for passenger vehicle sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Lead dealer performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans. • Lead and monitor sales team and dealer network. • Build strategic relationships with clients and dealers. • Drive revenue and profitability targets. • Expand market share.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. • MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. • Minimum 10 years automotive sales experience. • 3–5 years senior sales leadership. • Strong ICT and customer relationship skills.
