About the role
Lead the sweet kitchen to deliver five-star desserts and baked goods. Take full ownership of the pastry, dessert, and baking station.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts. • Ensure five-star standard in taste and presentation. • Inspect and store raw ingredients properly. • Control costs and manage wastage. • Supervise and train junior pastry staff.
What you’ll bring
• Strong leadership and team-training skills. • Knowledge of baking, pastry, chocolate and sugar work. • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. • HND or First Degree in related field. • Experience in fine-dining or high-end bakery.
