About the role
The Patient Relationship Executive acts as the main bridge between patients, their families, and clinical or administrative teams ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free journey from arrival to post-treatment follow-ups.
What you’ll do
• Welcome and register patients upon arrival. • Manage appointment bookings and rescheduling. • Verify insurance and process payments. • Coordinate patient flow for check-ups and optical services. • Handle patient complaints and maintain medical records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • 2 to 4 years customer service or healthcare experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital systems. • Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance. • Strong communication and empathy skills.
