About the role
Support a US-based healthcare organization by assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries. Serve as the first point of contact with professionalism and care.
What you’ll do
• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally. • Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel medical appointments. • Assist patients with appointment-related questions and administrative inquiries. • Verify and record patient information accurately. • Protect confidential patient information and follow privacy procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills. • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. • Experience with electronic health records or scheduling platforms beneficial. • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. • Must meet technical equipment requirements and work full schedule.
