About the role
Serve as first contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, lab reviews, and communication. Combine clinical knowledge with customer service to support patients efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Provide digital and phone support with empathy and accuracy. • Guide patients through treatment plans and lab work. • Review lab results and order labs under provider guidance. • Schedule telehealth appointments and follow-ups. • Maintain documentation in Electronic Health Record system.
What you’ll bring
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification. • 3 years healthcare experience. • Strong medical terminology and lab testing knowledge. • Proficient in EHR, telehealth platforms, Microsoft Teams. • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
