About the role
Support garment development and production by creating accurate sewing patterns for Fresh Prints' supplier network. Collaborate with design, ops teams, and manufacturers to ensure fit and production quality.
What you’ll do
• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from technical specs and samples. • Maintain pattern grading for consistent fit across sizes. • Review samples and adjust patterns for fit and construction. • Collaborate with teams and manufacturers to resolve pattern issues. • Maintain accurate pattern files and technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years garment pattern making experience. • Strong knowledge of garment construction and grading. • Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software. • Ability to interpret technical packs and sketches. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
