About the role
Support the health of FastSpring's payment ecosystem focusing on chargeback management and issue resolution. Monitor payment performance and assist cross-functional efforts to reduce risk and improve seller experience.
What you’ll do
• Assist with end-to-end chargeback process. • Monitor chargeback volumes and KPIs. • Coordinate with sellers and internal teams. • Monitor payment processor dashboards. • Support payment-related inquiries and investigate issues.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years experience in payments or related role. • Basic understanding of card payments and chargebacks. • Exposure to payment processors is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and communication. • Interest in risk, fraud, and payment optimization.
