About the role
Manage employer partnerships, drive sales and loan origination, and oversee portfolio performance for private-sector payroll lending. Ensure underwriting, remittance, risk management, and compliance are effective.
What you’ll do
• Own sales execution and achieve growth objectives. • Identify and manage private-sector employer partnerships. • Drive loan origination and portfolio growth. • Develop underwriting criteria and manage deductions. • Ensure compliance and manage portfolio risk.
What you’ll bring
• 6–10 years in consumer or retail lending. • Strong credit risk judgement and portfolio analytics. • Experience with payroll/check-off lending. • Relevant professional certification preferred. • Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
